The American Solidarity Party is fielding and supporting numerous candidates for state and local offices across the United States this election cycle, with campaigns ranging from governor and state legislatures to county councils and school boards.
According to the American Solidarity Party’s official candidate directory, the party lists ten candidates for the November 3 elections across Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Texas and Wisconsin. Its state affiliates have also highlighted campaigns beyond the national directory, including a Democratic state Senate candidate in North Carolina. In Florida, Joseph Thornton is running for the state Senate in District 6, wherein his campaign is among those highlighted in the party’s October 2026 state-chapter report, which also notes his qualification for the Florida ballot. Elsewhere, the party’s candidates are contesting races across the Midwest, including a gubernatorial ticket in Illinois.
In Illinois, Mike Vick and Gary Pierce are running for governor and lieutenant governor, respectively. The party’s Illinois affiliate endorsed the ticket, giving the American Solidarity Party a presence in one of the country’s statewide executive contests. Their campaigns are also featured in the party’s October state-chapter updates, alongside reports from other state organizations preparing for the November election.
Further, in Indiana, the American Solidarity Party has one of its largest concentrations of candidates, with five people seeking county and school board positions. Chad Corbett is running for the Fulton County Council, while Matt Crummey is seeking an at-large seat on the Fort Wayne Community Schools Board. Bonnie Kallis is running for the North Montgomery School Board’s Franklin seat, Aurora Verkamp for an at-large position on the Brownsburg School Board and Zach Aument for an at-large seat on the Mississinewa School Board.
Down in North Carolina, the party’s state chapter has also noted the campaign of Paul Taylor, a Democrat running for the state Senate in District 21. Although Taylor does not appear on the national party’s current-candidate roster, the chapter’s October report encouraged supporters to participate in events connected with his campaign.
In Texas, Mike Miller is running for governor as a write-in candidate, giving the party another statewide campaign in the 2026 elections. A Catholic and U.S. Air Force veteran, Miller has centered his campaign on what he describes as a consistent commitment to protecting human life, supporting working families, caring for the environment and opposing political corruption. “I’m running to give politically homeless voters a voice,” Miller wrote on his campaign website, arguing that neither major party adequately represents his convictions. In Wisconsin, Nathan Tataje is seeking a seat in the state Assembly in District 51, adding a legislative campaign to the party’s slate of November candidates.
Still, it should be said that the American Solidarity Party’s published candidate directory does not necessarily represent a nationwide roster of every candidate receiving support from its state affiliates. There may be more races the ASP may be participating in that remains unreported, and thus not included on this list.
